Letters, numbers, ceramics and craftsmanship collide in a month-long House Industries exhibition at the Heath Los Angeles studio and store. House will transform the legendary tile and tableware maker’s airy Beverly Boulevard space into an unprecedented emulsion of clay, metal, ink, cotton, wood, lacquer, lithography and letterforms.

Lost | Graffiti in the City of Angels is a highly-acclaimed publication founded in 1998 as a black and white photocopied ‘zine by Eyeone of L.A.’s Seeking Heaven crew. Lost is Inspired by independent publications from the straight edge and hardcore music movements and is firmly rooted in graffiti culture.

Lost gives equal importance to all elements of graffiti, from the calligraphy of tagging to the typographical murals that occupy the city. Lost also features artists and photographers informed by the urban experience and makes it a priority to present contemporary as well as historic exponents of the LOS ANGELES visual culture.

Bliss n Eno - Addicted (Official Video Clip)

The latest video from Bliss n Eso (an Australian hip hop group based in Sydney) for their song Addicted is a masterpiece for any lover of street art and underground culture. The video is said to have taken over three months (from start to finish) and was created using over 2,000 images and stop-motion animations. All of the graf was done by Deus and Askew One and used over 300 cans. The technique utilised multiple layers and cascaded out from the original pieces of art. The painting itself took approximately six days of near round-the-clock painting in a warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand.

PUSH - Divided Attention at Known Gallery - Oct 23rd Opening

PUSH, a self-taught painter and sculptor, was inspired early on by skateboarding and the West-coast graffiti scene. He also credits fellow AWR/MSK crewmember and friend SABER for helping him define his path in life and to help shape his art making work ethic.

The gallery brings together PUSH's latest paintings along with his evolved style and sophisticated color palette.

"Divided Attention" begins on Saturday October 23rd and will run for a month until November 23rd at the Known Gallery.
