"Black & Grey Tattoo" is a mammoth work. Comprising over a thousand pages, it is one of the largest - if not the largest - tattoo book ever published! This tattoo tome explores the origins of black & grey tattooing - from the prisons and streets of LA to its contemporary resonance on Hollywood's red carpets, at heavy metal music festivals, and in private ateliers from Budapest to Beijing. Smoking Mirrors Gallery in Pomona

This past Saturday D.V.C's close friend Victor Bono was one of the featured artists showing at the Dia De La Virgen De Guadalupe at Smoking Mirror's Gallery in Pomona. This was a tribute to our Grandmothers, Mothers, Sisters, Daugthers, Tias and Comadres.

Works featured various mediums from copper, acrylics, pencil and photography showcasing hispanic lifestyle. With a great atmosphere and beautiful artwork it was a successful night. Definitely keep you posted on any other shows in the near future and I hear the folks at Smoking Mirrors are working on a website as well. STAY DIRTY!
